DEPTH OF KNOWLEDGE Established in 1993, we are a family concern with exceptional levels of expertise in the scheme areas listed on the Home page. The company has been founded upon the 30 year experience gained by the director Roy Musk and his wife Angela’s 20 years. FRIENDLY You will find us all very keen to help, with time to talk through all that you need so that we understand your business. By the time we approach underwriters on your behalf we will know exactly what you require. Because we have limited ourselves to the schemes mentioned on the Home page, we really do know what we are doing and can offer sound advice, on a truly personal level. MIDDLEMEN We are insurance intermediaries, technically not brokers but we do perform a broking role, middlemen between you and the insurance market - both Insurance Companies and Lloyd’s of London. INDEPENDENT Being an entirely independent company we do not owe allegiance to any insurer, or organisation, and can therefore offer impartial advice - we are free to place your policy with the insurer of our choice which we believe is most suitable for your requirements. If any of the schemes or policies are not suitable for you, we shall say so. CODE OF CONDUCT Quite apart from our voluntary professional procedures, we are bound by the Insurers "Code Of Practice" which among other things requires us to:-
ONLY RELIABLE INSURERS We take pride in our service to clients and confine ourselves to insurers whom consistently provide a fast and reliable claims response. None of the insurers we approach on your behalf have ever given us any cause for concern. To be frank, we haven’t got the time to sort out problems that would arise if we used just any insurer!
